Returns Policy

We at Hawaiian Body Products strive to provide you with the best quality bath & body products.  If you feel our products do not meet your standards, just return the unused portion within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace it or refund your money.  You are responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  A Restocking fee will be applied to returns.

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply e-mail us at info@hawaiianbodyproducts.com or call us 808.959.2358 Monday - Friday 8-4 HST.   Please let us know the reason for the return/exchange and we'll notify you via e-mail of your replacement or refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to most addresses in the world. A physical address and telephone number is required as our preferred carrier is UPS.  All orders with a P O Box will be shipped via USPS priority mail.  International orders will be shipped the best and most economical way and any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.  Our standard shipping service is UPS next day air for all orders within Hawaii and UPS ground (2-7 transit days) for contenential US.
