Hawaiian Body Products International Distributor Requirements 2010

Thank you for your interest in our authentic natural body and spa products from Hawaii.

Please give us a full description of your business including:
1. How many years in business
2. Complete list of your contact information and physical address
3. Who else you import or distribute
4. Who your target market is
5. What your plan is for our products
6. Credit references

We are open to partnerships with companies with compatible visions and business ethics.

We will consider offering you an exclusive contract for your target market.
We require a six month trial period in which you will have exclusivity and after which we will consider if an exclusive contract would be feasible.

We have three tiers of pricing available depending on your volume:
Cost 1 = 15% off of wholesale. Minimum order: $1000-2999 X 4 per year
Cost 2 = 20% off of wholesale. Minimum order: $3000-4999 X 4 per year
Cost 3 = 25% off of wholesale. Minimum order: $5000-9999 X 4 per year
Over $10K per order may get 30% off.

You are responsible for duties and taxes.
You are responsible for obtaining product certification for your country.

We offer marketing materials, sales training and sales support materials in English which can be translated by you.
We have a full service website in English.
We can also offer you complete sales training in English.

Our product labels are available in English. We can provide additional labeling in different languages for product ingredients and instructions if needed.
You may choose for us to customize labels for your country at your expense. There is a (500) label minimum per item which must be paid for up front.

Travel expenses for our company may be negotiated.
